Hey there, fellow Corum users.
Remember back there when there was the announcement of a new and promising game named Corum Online.... I was playing Flyff, having a lot of fun and starting to create a new guild named "Raven" with some on-game-friends. Then I read about this new game and the description of the characters alone made the hair on my neck stand.
"I have to try it", I thought.
I've got this thing with well written storylines, Hahaha.
But as it couldn't be another way, I had a lot of problems to start playing. Patch problems, DLL lacking archieves problems, runtime errors etc.
And then it worked. Oh yeah, I got to try it. Nice of a game. Simple display, fighting system good and not too complicated...
Played it for the first few levels and really enjoyed the time I spent.
But Playing is not my first priority. I had to spend a lot of my time studying and composing for and with my band, working on my texts, hanging out and whatever. So, eventually, I dropped the game.
Then I left Brazil to live some time in Germany and found myself with a lot of free time. I raised a new band here, but it's still in the begining and still doesn't suck out my blood... and about my texts? Well, I still cannot write in German. Still learning it. Photos? Still do them.
But the fields of Bavaria doesn't offer much of a distraction, so I'm back to gaming.
Coming back I notice a few things...
Starting the game is still a pain in the behind. I'm having lots of trouble with that but, eventually, I'll get it to work.
Corum is going through difficult times. Looks like the world economic crysis got the games too, hahaha. Whatever... these times may be difficult... but a good game as Corum will not fade just like that. They need two or three more crysis, hahaha.
Another thing important in a game's life is a good team. About that I've got to say I'm really impressed and would like to congratulate GM Nero for his attention to the community and his good work. What I read from him really impressed.
Well, now that my manual patch download is almost done, so is my time to write this introduction.
Hope to see ya in-game,
D.lv
