I cant get to Almansia!!!

I got a quest to go to Almansia but i see no passage to the island any info on the matter will be appreciated thanks!

there is a quest in irnot to make a tp scroll to almansia, but you can also use the free airship from CS

ya, there is a quest at irnot, it involves killing lighthouse monsters from 3rd floor .But they r pretty easy, if u have eles or gd.
